And by "wear," I mean WEAR! This isn't a replica. This is the same dress.

In fact, when Kim first tried the dress on a few weeks ago, it didn't fit her, but in an interview with La La Anthony on the Met Gala carpet, Kim revealed that she lost 16 pounds in about three weeks in order to fit into the dress.

Mind you, Kim K — nor ANYONE — shouldn't have to lose weight to fit into a garment!
